small bowel cancer

hi my name is kelly, my dad diagnosed with small bowel cancer nearly over a year now just wondered if anyone had any information about this type of cancer,it is in his jejunal part of the small bowel ,hes just undergone 6 months of chemo the oncologist has told him it is incurable but treatable,any stories would be good thanks kelly.
